- Payment data: top-up and order history, amounts, and the sender name or transfer reference used to match bank transfers. Card payments are processed by our payment partners; we do not store full card numbers.
- Identity verification: if a service requires verification, the documents and information you submit are processed by our verification provider.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, login history and security events, used to keep your account safe.
- Service data: the proxies you buy and technical connection records needed to operate the network, prevent abuse and resolve support requests.
- Support data: messages and attachments you send through tickets or chat.

- To create and manage your account and deliver, renew and support the proxies you order.
- To process payments, credit top-ups and keep accounting records.
- To protect the service: detect fraud, abuse, spam and illegal use, and secure accounts.

4. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and browser storage that are needed for the website to work: keeping you signed in, remembering your language, currency and display preferences. We do not use them to sell advertising profiles.
